Mecanismos psicobiológicos de la cognición y la conducta: Desarrollo de nuevos tratamientos para mejorar la cognición y prevenir o paliar el deterioro cognitivo.

Esta es una línea de investigación básica en el área de la Psicobiología de la Cognición. Utilizando modelos animales investigamos los procesos psicobiológicos implicados en el aprendizaje y la memoria. El objetivo de esta investigación es encontrar y desarrollar nuevas herramientas farmacológicas para mejorar la cognición y prevenir o paliar el deterioro cognitivo.
